We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide administrative support to our legal team. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner • Greet clients virtually and provide an excellent first impression of the firm • Manage voicemail, emails, and messages, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups • Schedule and confirm client appointments • Maintain client intake information and update case management systems • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed Qualifications: • MUST SPEAK SPANISH • Prior receptionist, call center, or administrative experience (law firm or legal industry experience preferred but not required) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to remain professional, calm, and empathetic with clients who may be under stress • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable using technology such as VoIP phone systems, video conferencing, and case management software • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional home office environment Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) • Remote work flexibility • Opportunities for growth within the firm Schedule: • Full-time, Monday–Friday
