We are looking for a remote Personal Injury Operations Assistant for immediate start. We’re dedicated to supporting clients through their personal injury cases with compassion, accuracy, and efficiency. We believe in making the legal process more streamlined and less stressful. As part of our fast-growing operations team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every case moves forward smoothly behind the scenes. Position Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Team Member to join our personal injury department. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day case management process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with legal teams and clients, and ensuring that timelines are met and files stay organized. Personal Injury Operations & Training Support • Support Core Case Operations Assist in the management of personal injury case files by handling intake procedures, organizing documentation, and entering critical data into the case management system according to firm protocols. • Monitor Workflow & Critical Deadlines Proactively track key case deadlines and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients, medical providers, and attorneys to maintain case momentum and avoid delays. • Document and Communication Oversight Maintain accurate and organized communication logs across all case files. Regularly update case statuses to reflect progress, setbacks, or new developments in accordance with firm SOPs. • Medical Records & Billing Coordination Facilitate the timely request and review of medical records, billing statements, and related documentation essential for case development, settlement, and trial preparation. • Collaborative Team Integration Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth case workflow and alignment with best practices in operations and training. • Confidentiality and Professionalism Handle sensitive client and medical information with discretion, adhering to HIPAA compliance and firm confidentiality standards. Qualifications: • Prior experience in personal injury or legal operations (Required) • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable with case management software (experience with platforms like Litify, Filevine, or Clio is a plus) • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment • High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or salary, depending on experience.
