We are seeking a local, experienced Accounting Finance recruiter that has proven success in sourcing, interviewing, and working with highly sought after financial professionals from initial outreach to the end of the interview process. We are very focused on the candidate and client experience! Is this you? You are a great recruiter with at least a couple of years of agency experience within Accounting and Finance. You have at least 1 year of finance accounting recruiting experience and live in Arizona You love what you do and people can feel it when they talk to you You have previous agency recruiting (a must) You have big goals and aspirations for the way you want to live when you are not working You are self driven, focused, collaborative but competitive, and have great communication You are seeking a remote role and love the idea of self managing yourself to company metrics You want to make 200K+ a year (you can do this at The Finders) • *We have three different comp plans to choose from: • Base Salary plus commission (W2) • Draw against commission (higher commission than #1) • Independent Recruiter Model (commission only with higher commission than #1 and #2) We are looking to interview over the next two weeks. *If you are interested in this role, please apply through this LinkedIn posting and also personally message the CEO to share with her why you are interested and qualified for this opportunity.
