Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Project Manager at our Northvale, NJ location. The Engineering Project Manager will oversee and manage engineering projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely and successful completion of projects within budget. Responsibilities include planning and managing project timelines, supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Qualifications • Strong skills in Engineering Management, Project Management, and Project Engineering • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA regulations) • Develop budgets, timelines, and ROI analyses • Collaborate with operations, quality, and safety teams • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment upgrades and repairs • Lead capital projects (equipment installation, line expansions, plant modifications) • Improve plant efficiency, yield, and throughput • Design, install, and commission food processing equipment (mixers, conveyors, packaging lines, refrigeration systems). • Proficient problem-solving and leadership abilities. • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture • Extensive knowledge for CAD and Office Packages. Revit is a plus • 3–7 years of experience in food manufacturing or processing • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
