The Female Quotient is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Content Strategy and Programming. The ideal candidate will be creative and self-motivated with a background in editorial, marketing, advertising, and events. This hybrid role, based in NYC, requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work with senior executives and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You'll be a key player in shaping the conversations and content that come to life at our in-person events, FQ Lounges®. You'll work closely with The FQ's partners to develop and execute compelling content strategies that align with FQ's mission and partners' objectives to create authentic branded experiences that resonate with our audiences. This high-visibility role is perfect for a creative, strategic thinker who enjoys client relationship management, is a strong writer, and a skilled event programmer. We're looking for a natural connector and storyteller with deep knowledge of the marketing/advertising landscape who thrives in both the conceptual and production phases of event content creation. Key Responsibilities: Speaker & Talent Curation and Management • Identify, vet, and secure influential leaders, including marketing leaders, business executives, creators, and talent, subject matter experts, and diverse voices to participate in our events and programming • Work closely with speakers to refine panel questions and ensure conversations align with strategic objectives • Build and maintain relationships with key industry voices and thought leaders Partner Management • Serve as a main point of contact for event partners, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the content development process • Guide partners to ensure their vision is realized while maintaining the integrity and voice of The Female Quotient brand • Collaborate with partners to identify key messaging priorities and translate them into engaging panel discussions and content experiences Content Strategy & Development • Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative content and programming for FQ Lounges®, digital programming, and other bespoke events • Develop comprehensive panel briefs by crafting thoughtful, strategic questions that drive meaningful conversations and deliver impactful content experiences • Monitor emerging topics, trends, and branded content best practices within the marketing, advertising, and media industries to ensure FQ events remain timely, relevant, and thought-provoking Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management • Work seamlessly with FQ partnerships, marketing, programming, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive pre and post event execution • Manage multiple event content workstreams and branded content projects simultaneously • Oversee strategic development and production execution while ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
