We specialize in comprehensive healthcare with a strong focus on accident rehabilitation, offering a full suite of services under one roof. FMG is trusted by patients and attorneys alike for delivering timely, compassionate, and efficient medical care tailored to motor vehicle and slip-and-fall cases. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Miami, FL. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations of the clinic, manage staff, handle patient relations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and oversee the budget. The Clinic Manager will also be responsible for training new employees, enhancing customer service protocols, and working closely with medical professionals to ensure efficient clinic performance. Qualifications • Customer Service and Communication skills • Budgeting and Training skills • Medicine • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to work on-site daily in Miami, FL • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in clinic management or in a healthcare setting is a MUST • Experience in personal injury and case management a plus
