Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic scanners - Assist customers in locating products and answering their questions - Promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers Qualifications: - Fluent in English (Russian, Serbian, Italian, German, Polish, Bulgarian language skills are a plus) - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of technology products (electronics sales experience is a plus) - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
