Our client, a growing advisory firm that provides strategic financial and operational guidance to middle-market clients, is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive professional to oversee both marketing initiatives and office management for their expanding firm. They are a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on delivering exceptional service to their clients while building a strong internal culture that reflects our values of integrity, innovation, and excellence. Position Overview This dual role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—someone who can elevate our brand presence while ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Marketing (approx. 60%) • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and support business growth. • Manage the firm’s website, social media presence, and digital content. • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communications. • Create and edit marketing collateral (presentations, case studies, bios, proposals, etc.). • Support event planning and sponsorships, including client seminars, conferences, and networking events. • Track marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness. • Manage vendor relationships (designers, printers, digital agencies, etc.). Office Management (approx. 40%) • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment. • Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and facilities needs. • Serve as point of contact for HR and administrative coordination (e.g., onboarding, IT support, scheduling). • Support internal communications and company culture initiatives. • Assist leadership with special projects and firmwide initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a professional services or advisory environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite, CRM systems). • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
