Position Description: Compensation: $95,000$130,000 annually, plus bonus, commensurate with experience. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in retail hospitality and restaurant construction, including full-service restaurants, upscale dining, bars, lounges, and entertainment venues. This role is responsible for guiding commercial construction projects from early planning through final completion, maintaining control of costs, schedules, trade coordination, kitchen installations, and client communication in dynamic, high-expectation settings. What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) Manage projects from start to close-out, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, and bid management for hospitality-focused projects Coordinate with superintendents, consultants, and trade partners to keep projects moving efficiently and aligned with project goals Serve as the main point of contact; manage RFIs, change directives, and cost tracking Manage sourcing and installation of commercial kitchen equipment, millwork packages, and custom finishes Ensure compliance with health codes, life-safety regulations, ADA requirements, and brand-specific standards Maintain clear and accurate project documentation using Procore or similar platforms What We Expect of You At ELIA, we use our unique experience and contributions to deliver more than value we set new standards! Your success with us requires these qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial retail hospitality PMP certification and/or construction-related degree, not required Strong knowledge of interior build-outs and ground-up construction Comfort working in active or phased restaurant environments Working knowledge of commercial kitchen systems, including grease waste, exhaust hoods, fire suppression, specialty plumbing, and high-load electrical Strong grasp of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and cost management principles Proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools such as Outbuild Familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office; BIM/Revit exposure is a plus Clear, professional communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and partners Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Competitive Salary and Great Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Plans PTO Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
