Coordinate and facilitate the Health and Wellness Unit, teach culinary skills, conduct outreach, provide social coverage, and engage members to increase participation.
BA/BS preferred, valid MA driver’s license, 1 year experience with mental health population preferred, and preferred Clubhouse Model experience.
HEALTH & WELLNESS COORDINATOR CLUBHOUSE PROGRAM $21.25 per hour Who You Are BA/BS preferred. Valid MA driver’s license required. 1 year experience with the MH population preferred. Preferred Clubhouse Model Experience. What You Will Do • Coordinate and facilitate alongside the other unit coordinators, the running of the Health and Wellness Unit by taking initiative to develop goals and daily plans for the Unit. • Work alongside members in teaching culinary skills which include, meal preparation, food services, kitchen safety and sanitization practices. • Conducting mobile outreach visits to members in the community. • Saturday and evening social coverage on a rotating basis with all other staff. • Coordinate with the management team in the ongoing development of member services. • Engaging members from a diverse population, and diverse levels of functioning, in the work-order day by increasing membership through ongoing networking forums, marketing strategies, and meetings with community connections.
