Summary Join The Seattle Real Estate Team as a Showing Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences in the dynamic Lynnwood, WA area. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our expert agents, assisting with property showings and ensuring smooth, professional interactions with prospective buyers. Responsibilities • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in the Lynnwood area. • Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and local amenities to clients. • Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments between clients and listing agents. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings and market trends in the WA-99 corridor. • Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings and report any issues to the team. • Support the Seattle Real Estate Team with administrative tasks related to client interactions and property management. • Foster positive client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the showing process.
