Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts by selling security staffing services within the Portland Metro area.
At least two years of recent direct sales experience including outside sales, preferably with security industry experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally.
DPI Security (a division of The DPI Group and DePaul Industries), has a current opening for an innovative and driven Manager of Business Development for our Portland Metro Area. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your two or more years’ high-volume sales experience (including outside sales) to an established, dynamic, and growing organization. Through development of new client relationships as well as growth of established clients, this position identifies opportunities for staffing client sites with our State Certified Security Officers. Candidates with prior Security industry experience strongly preferred. Essential Functions include: • Identify key contacts and critical account information for current and potential clients. • Consistently turn sales opportunity leads into contracts for services. • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships for Security staffing needs. • Continue to grow market revenue through new customer orders and enhancing and evolving current client needs. • Successfully communicate the “Brand” and value add of our company and services. • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to track leads and sales and manage schedule to meet goals, updating CRM (Salesforce) on a daily basis. • Travel within the Portland Metro and surrounding areas to check in, and address any concerns, with current customers, establish new customers, and develop/nurture community partnerships. • Pursue payment of unpaid invoices. Two-to-four-year degree or equitable certification and experience is a plus. Base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission plan and a comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, life, 401(k), paid holidays and time off, plus much more.
