Responsibilities Should have 10 yrs of experience a professional Services Technical Consultant will be responsible for defining business requirements, solution architecture, and assisting with organizing the implementation. As a Subject Matter Expert providing customization, development, and integration support for ServiceMax Projects. ServiceMax Certified. Experience with large scale SVMX deployments. Ability to lead and execute in the following areas: requirements (story grooming), as is/to be process flow documentation, design and architecture of solution, build oversight with vendor and test script creation and execution. Work with client business users and IT executives to identify and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the client’s business needs.
