Print Production Associate - 1st Shift A well-known software company is seeking a Print Production Associate in the Dallas, TX area. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely printing, packaging, and distribution of important client documents, contributing to a company known for its commitment to quality and efficiency in payroll services. Shift of the Print Production Associate: 1ST SHIFT • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | December 29th - January 30th • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM | February 2nd - Feb 27th 2ND shift • 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM | December 29th - January 30th • 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM | February 2nd - February 27th Weekend Requirement: Jan 10th, & 17th/18th & 24th/25th Holiday Requirement: NYE Dec 31st & MLK Jan 19th Pay Rate of the Print Production Associate: $18 per hour. Responsibilities of the Print Production Associate: • Produce and separate clients’ reports, checks, and vouchers, ensuring accuracy in counts. • Package clients’ paychecks and vouchers with applicable reports, confirming successful deliveries. • Maintain daily processing schedules and send notifications for ACH processes. • Ensure quality requirements are met for paychecks and vouchers, initiating corrective actions as needed. • Order and manage production supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for operations. Qualifications of the Print Production Associate: • Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • General office and/or production experience preferred. • Ability to operate basic production machinery with attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
