Key Responsibilities: • Lead education and institutional projects from concept through construction, ensuring design excellence and technical precision • Direct and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and state/local agencies (including DSA) to ensure seamless project delivery • Oversee the preparation of Revit-based documentation and design presentations • Champion innovation, sustainability, and quality at every project stage Key Skills/Experience: • Licensed Architect in California, with 10–15 years of experience • Strong background in education and institutional projects, with proven DSA knowledge • Advanced proficiency in Revit and industry-standard tools • Demonstrated success directing project teams and coordinating complex projects • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your resume (and portfolio for design positions).
