About The Court We’re The Court, a DC-based matchmaking company helping singles meet offline — yes, real dates, not apps. Our mission is to bring authenticity, fun, and human connection back to modern dating through curated introductions. Founded by two Washingtonians with deep local roots, we’re changing the way people date in the DMV. Position Overview We’re looking for outgoing, social, and well-connected people to join our team as Matchmaking Recruiters. You’ll represent The Court in your community — whether you’re at bars, gyms, restaurants, or events — and help us scout great new clients for our matchmaking program. If you naturally connect people and enjoy meeting others, this is the easiest side hustle ever. Compensation Structure Commission-based pay: • $50 per client for your first 5 confirmed signups • $75 per client for confirmed signups 5-10 • $100 per client once you hit 10 total signups • Additional bonuses and event perks for top performers Roles & Responsibilities • Identify and refer quality singles in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area • Represent The Court professionally and enthusiastically in social settings • Share information about our matchmaking services in an authentic, conversational way (no selling or cold calling) • Use our provided referral tools (links, QR codes, etc.) to track referrals • Communicate regularly with our team about your leads and results Preferred Skills & Qualities • Strong local network or active social presence in the DMV area • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Confident and approachable in social settings • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable • Interest in dating, networking, events, or lifestyle communities Perks • Fully flexible schedule — work anytime, anywhere • Fun, social side hustle with real-world impact • Networking experience that looks great on a résumé • Invitations to Court events and incentives for top recruiters How to Apply To apply, send us a brief introduction here or to thecourtcoach@gmail.com We’ll follow up with details on next steps and onboarding.
