This position is responsible for driving sales of BryComm products and services, including system installations, service contracts, quoted work, box sales, software support licenses, and small projects under $50,000. The incumbent leverages technical expertise, organizational skills, and customer knowledge to influence clients and help them identify solutions that meet their operational and business needs, resulting in sustainable revenue growth. Additionally, this role is responsible for market penetration and development, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving or exceeding the annual sales and booking plan. Other duties may be assigned as required to support the success of the sales organization. Essential Functions Business Development: • Grow sales by identifying opportunities with both existing and prospective customers. • Develop and execute sales strategies that expand the company’s reach within assigned markets. • Drive new business generation through consistent prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and field sales visits. Service Sales: • Promote and sell service-related offerings including quoted work, box sales, software support licenses, and small projects under $50,000. • Identify and pursue maintenance, upgrade, and system enhancement opportunities with existing clients. • Prepare and present service proposals that align with customer needs and company profitability goals. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from proposal to delivery. • Follow up on completed jobs to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional service or system expansion. Internal Collaboration: • Partner with internal departments — including engineering, operations, and finance — to ensure clear communication of job scopes, customer expectations, and project requirements. • Collaborate on solution design and pricing to deliver accurate and timely proposals. Sales Execution & Reporting: • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system. • Achieve assigned revenue, booking, and profit targets. • Provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts, competitive activity, and market trends. Marketing Support: • Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns related to sales activities. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Brycomm’s products and services. • ​Other relative duties as assigned​ Minimum Qualifications • ​​Associate’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience • ​At least 5 years of experience in a construction-related environment ​ Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • ​​English language communication skills (both written and verbal) • Experience using Microsoft Office products • Good math aptitude • ​Ability to travel, mainly local and regional • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications is a requisite Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
