Key Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of home repairs and remodeling tasks (e.g., carpentry, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical) • Ensure all work meets safety, code, and quality standards • Interact professionally with homeowners to understand and meet their needs • Maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle • Use provided tools and materials efficiently and responsibly • Submit job updates and time logs accurately • Represent the company brand with a clean, professional appearance and demeanor • Take initiative in solving problems and addressing customer concerns • Follow daily schedules and communicate effectively with the office and other team members Qualifications: • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on residential construction or handyman experience • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and punctuality • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High school diploma or GED preferred • Valid driver's license • Must be organized, resourceful, and customer-focused Benefits: • Bi-weekly pay • Retirement savings program • Company vehicle provided during work hours/ Car Allowance • Uniforms provided • Personal tool replacement program • Apprenticeship/mentorship training • Performance-based incentives in development Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time.
