OpenAI seeks a Growth Lead for SMB Ads to shape how small businesses discover, sign up, and begin spending on our advertising platform. You will own acquisition and activation growth, diagnose funnel constraints, and run high-impact experiments across channels to improve onboarding, first spend, and early retention.
