Full Description

The Logistics team is the backbone of the company's physical world. We make sure what we create actually gets into the hands of customers—on time and without unnecessary cost or friction. This team owns the journey from factory floor to customer door, working through global complexity to keep our supply chain moving. We partner closely with Sourcing, Finance, and Customer Operations to keep everything aligned and running smoothly. We’re looking for an operator who turns plans into reality and makes them better along the way. You take ownership of day-to-day logistics execution, but you don’t stop there. You look for patterns, spot inefficiencies, and build smarter ways of working. You’re hands-on with data and curious about how AI and automation can remove manual work, improve visibility, and help the team move faster. When something breaks, you don’t just fix it—you figure out how to prevent it next time. KEY DUTIES • Own day-to-day international shipment execution, ensuring product moves from factory to port on time and with clear visibility into status and risk. • Build and maintain tools and dashboards (including AI-enabled workflows) that improve tracking, reporting accuracy, and team visibility into shipments, costs, and performance. • Manage tariff and duty processes, including drawback execution, ensuring opportunities to recover cost are consistently captured. • Partner with Sourcing and Planning to keep inbound timelines accurate and aligned with downstream distribution needs. • Improve how we operate by identifying manual or inefficient workflows and replacing them with scalable, automated solutions. • Manage Freight Forwarder (3PL) relationships and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure service level agreements are met. WHAT YOU BRING • 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or international transportation where you’ve owned execution and outcomes (experience in CPG or e-commerce is a major plus). • Working knowledge of global trade processes, including customs, HTS codes, and shipping documentation. • Comfort using data to investigate issues, identify trends, and drive better decisions. • Experience building or using automation, AI tools, or dashboards to improve operational workflows. • Ability to manage external partners and hold them accountable to performance expectations. • Strong ownership mindset—you follow through and close the loop. • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift. • Clear communication and ability to keep partners informed and aligned. • A builder mentality—you look for ways to improve systems, not just run them.
