Role Overview: As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs and drive business success. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop robust Java-based web applications using the latest technologies. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features. - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and technology evaluations. - You will mentor junior developers and support their professional growth. - You will ensure applications are secure, scalable, and meet compliance standards. What You Bring: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, particularly in web application design and implementation. - Strong knowledge of Java 8/9, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Proficiency in database design and SQL, preferably with Oracle or MySQL. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Exposure to microservices architecture and DevOps practices. - Certification in Java or related technologies.
