Role Overview: As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs and drive business success. What You'll Do: - You will design and implement robust Java-based web applications using the latest technologies. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliverables. - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure reliability and scalability. - You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - You will mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into projects when appropriate. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. What You Bring: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, particularly in web application design and implementation. - Strong knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Certification in Java or related technologies.
