Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback. • Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and service-related questions. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. • Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks.
