Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions with professionalism and care. Duties • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback. • Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and service-related questions. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. • Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks. Requirements • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. • Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is a plus. • Proficient computer skills, including data entry and typing capabilities. • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate resolutions. • Demonstrated experience in cash handling is an advantage. • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering excellent customer support.
