Position Title: Warehouse Lead Department: CuraScript SD Reports To: Director of Operations Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Monday - Friday Location: 2040 W Rio Salado Pkwy Suite 101B Tempe, AZ 85281 Overview The Warehouse Lead is a hybrid analyst and administrative role responsible for driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement within the warehouse. This position supports Evernorth Health Services’ mission to partner, collaborate, and deliver on commitments at the Rio Salado campus. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and quality. Key Responsibilities • Operational Reporting: Run daily and weekly warehouse performance reports, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and safety metrics. • Visual Management: Lead visual management initiatives (e.g., 5S audits, KPI dashboards, process boards) to promote transparency and continuous improvement. • Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma projects to optimize warehouse processes and reduce waste. • Employee Engagement: Coach, mentor, and train warehouse staff; facilitate onboarding and ongoing development. • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to achieve organizational objectives and resolve operational challenges. • Quality & Safety: Support quality initiatives and patient safety standards in partnership with the quality analyst. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the Director of Operations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and warehouse management systems (WMS). • Six Sigma, APICS, or OSHA certification preferred. • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
