We are looking for a Software Engineer to help design and build an internal web application that supports important company processes. This role involves working with a team to create solutions, fix problems, and make sure the application runs smoothly. Responsibilities: Build both the back-end and front-end parts of a web application. Join Agile team meetings and follow Agile methods. Work with other engineers and product owners to solve user problems and requests. Help fix issues and resolve problems with the application. Take part in creating prototypes and reviewing business needs and system designs. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Java, React, Spring, and SQL for building and maintaining web applications. Experience with front-end development (creating user interfaces) and back-end development (handling data and logic). Understanding of Agile methodology and ability to participate in Agile ceremonies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with prototyping and designing solutions for complex business needs is preferred. Familiarity with secure coding practices and performance optimization preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment preferred. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,200 - 217,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
