We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Claims Systems Operations team. This role is key to fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that delivers valuable claims system solutions. You’ll champion Agile values, facilitate team ceremonies, and remove obstacles to ensure successful product delivery. What you'll do to make a difference: Agile Facilitation & Execution Lead PI Planning prep and execution, including PI objectives and ART risk identification. Facilitate iteration events: Backlog Refinement, Planning, Syncs, Reviews, Retrospectives. Align with Product Owners and stakeholders on goals and priorities. Team & Workflow Optimization Use Kanban boards and metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery quality. Build psychologically safe, high-performing Agile teams with shared definitions of done. Drive cross-team collaboration to enhance ART performance and strategic alignment. Conflict Navigator: Helps resolve interpersonal challenges and decision-making. What you need to be successful: High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Team Coach. Health insurance experience preferred. Preferred certifications: SSM, CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP). Proficient in Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming, Automated Testing. Strong communication and mentoring skills. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Mural. Ability to manage dashboards and plans in ADO and Jira. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,600 - 129,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
