Manage multiple projects for the Risk Adjustment team including financial tracking, budget oversight, and supplier intake management.
5+ years experience in financial project management preferably in healthcare or HHS Risk Adjustment, strong financial process knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
Job Description: • responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects for the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Risk Adjustment (RA) team • oversee end-to-end financial tracking and budgetary processes • develop financial/budgetary strategies, including risk minimization plans • Track and control expenditures to ensure projects stay within budget • prepare and present financial reports to leadership and key stakeholders • monitor project progress and adjust financial plans as needed • manage supplier intake process for Risk Adjustment Leadership Team Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field preferred • 5+ years relevant work experience required • Healthcare industry experience and/or HHS Risk Adjustment experience highly preferred • Strong understanding of financial processes, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting required • Computer competency with Excel, MS Word, Power Point Benefits: • Medical insurance • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Well-being and behavioral health programs • 401(k) with company match • Company paid life insurance • Tuition reimbursement • Minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year • Paid holidays
