We are seeking an experienced Ethics & Compliance lawyer to join our global compliance function. This role plays a critical part in promoting a strong culture of integrity across the organization. You will work closely with colleagues across the company, including HR, Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance and Risk Management, and business teams to design, implement, and continuously improve our ethics and compliance framework. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong judgment, practical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse functions. Key Responsibilities Implement a comprehensive ethics and compliance strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and values Lead the company's conflict of interest program and provide legal advice to key stakeholders on ethical inquiries Serve as day‑to‑day ethics advisor on compliance policies and procedures Manage the Ethics Help Line and Ethics Office mailbox Prepare, coordinate, and conduct training and communications on ethics‑related topics Manage outside counsel on discrete matters as may be required Qualifications: Juris Doctor required and qualification to practice law in at least one jurisdiction 5+ years of relevant experience in ethics and compliance, regulatory, investigations, or related legal roles within a government agency, multinational company, or law firm Experience supporting publicly traded companies preferred Demonstrated ability to independently manage sensitive and complex matters with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior leadership Proven ability to identify legal and ethics issues on complex matters and recommend practical, risk‑mitigating solutions Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and navigate a large, matrixed organization to drive successful initiatives Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong independent decision‑making capability and a leadership mindset Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance environments is a plus If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 132,700 - 221,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
