In this role, you will advance high-impact projects that improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making across CHC. You will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver clear value, measurable results, and aligned execution across the organization. Responsibilities Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and clinical program performance. Lead enterprise-level projects focused on analytics, workflow optimization, operating model enhancements, and value realization. Develop integrated project roadmaps, performance dashboards, and communication tools to support visibility and alignment. Facilitate governance routines, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional forums that enable clarity and informed decision-making. Identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies to protect delivery timelines and project outcomes. Shape and deliver executive-ready insights, summaries, and recommendations supporting prioritization and long-term planning. Partner with matrixed teams to build collaboration, strengthen alignment, and create scalable, repeatable processes. Promote continuous improvement practices across CHC through problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and operational discipline. Qualifications (Required) 7+ years of experience in project or program management within healthcare, consulting, clinical operations, or related fields. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level impact. Strong analytical skills, including KPI development, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear recommendations. Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and structured problem-solving approaches. Qualifications (Preferred) Master’s degree preferred. Experience with predictive analytics, advanced reporting, or clinical program evaluation. Ability to influence and operate effectively at all organizational levels across matrixed environments If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
