This is a full-time remote position. The work schedule is Monday- Friday with an 8-hour CST dayshift during business hours. Candidates must be flexible to work outside of these hours to accommodate business needs. Position Summary The Sales Commission Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the U3000 Business Operations Team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales commissions. This position manages key workflows such as CBAF/CAF submissions, commission analysis, and issue resolution. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external broker partners. Key Responsibilities Commission Management Own creation and submission of CBAF/CAF and keep sales teams informed on processing status and issues. Analyze commission processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Audit broker and commission information, resolve any discrepancies promptly. Broker & Sales Support Serve as the primary contact for sales and broker commission inquiries. Build strong relationships with sales and commission partners. Proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information. Process & Compliance Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork for new business, renewals and broker of record changes. Monitor sales timelines and maintain compliance with internal as well as state insurance standards. Maintain detailed documentation in various systems. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Act as a resource for managers and team members on special projects. Support departmental initiatives and participate in training for new systems. Recommend process improvements and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications Required Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Preferred Knowledge of Cigna systems (Sircon, SFDC, CIT, CFE). Experience with DocuSign and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree. Why Join Us? For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 23 - 35 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
