Full Description

Job Description: • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the enterprise Business Continuity Strategy • Drive awareness and understanding of Business Continuity planning and preparedness across the organization • Maintain assigned Incident Response and Business Continuity Plans annually • Lead training and provide guidance to Plan Coordinators • Build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders • Monitor, identify, and report incidents or emerging regional and global threats • Support incident/crisis response coordination • Facilitate Business Continuity tabletop exercises and work area recovery drills • Conduct Business Impact Analyses • Assist with third-party risk assessments related to Business Continuity • Create and execute notifications in the emergency notification system • Identify opportunities for improvement within the Business Continuity Program • Support completion of third-party audit requests and questionnaires • Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates related to Business Continuity Management Requirements: • 3 plus years experience in Business Continuity • Ability to travel up to 25% • Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload Benefits: • Medical, vision, and dental health insurance • Well-being and behavioral health programs • 401(k) plan • Company paid life insurance • Tuition reimbursement • Minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year • Paid holidays
