Express Scripts is currently seeking a Business Analytics Lead Analyst. This position will provide reporting and analytics support to various teams across PBM Ops and Provider Strategy & Contracting organizations. It will partner with the leadership team to design advanced solutions that will drive differentiated service, operational efficiency, and a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will work to create solutions through data acquisition across a wide portfolio of systems, data preparation, and data visualization, providing information that is both relevant and actionable. It will also support existing reports and tools, answering ad-hoc inquiries as needed. The ideal candidate should be able to identify data trends, develop solutions, and present and implement recommendations to the leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide reporting and analytics support to various teams across PBM Ops and Provider Strategy & Contracting. Develop and communicate concise and organized executive level reporting. Acquire data for consumption for focused analytics and data visualization. Design and perform analyses, incorporating checks and balances to ensure data integrity. Independently determine and develop approach to potential solutions, and appropriate conclusions. Automate manual processes using applications such as Tableau Make recommendations to achieve greater efficiencies and improve current processes. Use effective time management to prioritize workload and meet previously agreed upon deadlines. Act as a lead or technical expert, and provide analytical guidance, direction, and training to less experienced team members. Create, document and define processes where needed. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years of relevant experience including data analytics Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at creating queries, writing reports and presenting findings Experience in SQL and Tableau required If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,300 - 128,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
