Description The Adoption Issue Manager is a strategic individual contributor within the Adoption Center; a strategic enablement team embedded in Delivery Support & Insights. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of issues that impact adoption across people, process, and technology, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and resolution to accelerate transformation outcomes. This position is not tactical issue tracking—it is a strategic issue resolution role designed to accelerate adoption by removing barriers across people, process, and technology. The Adoption Issue Manager acts as a connector between strategic planning and operational execution, surfacing issues early, driving joint prioritization across stakeholders, and enabling rapid iteration to keep transformation efforts aligned with business outcomes. This role ensures that the most impactful issues are resolved quickly and transparently, fueling faster value realization and sustained operational success. Job Responsibilities Issue Ownership & Lifecycle Management Own and manage issues from identification through resolution in partnership with Adoption Experience Managers. Maintain real-time visibility into issue status and trends via dashboards, trackers, and scorecards. Ensure structured intake and triage through the Adoption Issue Management intake process. Strategic Prioritization Prioritize issues based on root cause analysis, business impact, and value drivers. Facilitate joint prioritization across Technology, Program, and Operations to ensure high-value issues are addressed first. Resolution Acceleration Influence cross-functional teams to accelerate defect fixes and enhancements. Enable rapid iteration by surfacing actionable insights and coordinating timely responses. Insight Generation & Communication Develop scorecards and dashboards that tell the story of issue resolution progress. Communicate risks, impacts, and resolution status to leadership and stakeholders. Strategic Influence Across Teams Collaborate with Delivery, Program, Operations, Adoption Intelligence, and Adoption Design teams. Act as a strategic connector between simulation findings, insights, and operational execution. Continuous Improvement Surface trends and systemic breakdowns to inform future enhancements. Challenge assumptions and validate value propositions through end-to-end testing. Required Competencies Strategic Mindset Focuses on long-term value realization and systemic issue resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required 8+ years of experience deriving insights from large data sets in a business environment highly preferred 7+ years of experience improving business processes highly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills required Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities required Self-directed and collaborative team player preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including: Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with ability to influence through storytelling highly preferred Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs highly preferred Experience with Jira highly preferred Knowledge of Medicare and/or Commercial Network, Contract and Demographic provider data elements preferred Experience working in CPF or HCPM systems preferred If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
