Job Summary The MyMatrixx Workers' Compensation Associate Account Manager (AAM) will provide support to the Account team of their assigned clients. The AAM will provide client facing support, non-standard reporting, submit client access requests, and assist with benefit set up and project support as requested. The primary focus for the position is executing client-specific operational deliverables, identifying service trends, supporting operational needs and issue resolution. In order to function effectively in the model, the AAM must collaborate with the Account Manager, Account Executive, and Clinical Account Executive to successfully service the entire Book of Business. The primary measure of the AAM’s performance is by way of both the Account Team and client satisfaction. Essential Functions Manages day-to-day client requests Assists the Account Management team by providing client-facing support Maintains ownership for assigned service/operational deliverables and ensures operational excellence and set-up quality Assists with monitoring and identifying service trends as requested, allowing for immediate resolution of any service issues and escalating issues when appropriate and drive recovery efforts Assists with both standard and non-standard reporting/analytics as needed Handles billing and rebates research Drives implementation and setup of products and programs Works on Ad-hoc Projects as needed Coordinates deliverables with internal operational departments to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty What you need to be successful Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer facing experience required Knowledge of the healthcare, Workers' Compensation and PBM industries preferred Experience working with cross-functional teams/departments to research and resolve issues Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Focus on client satisfaction and client retention Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency Demonstrated communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills High level of organization and time management & ability to plan for and adapt to a changing environment Must be able to travel anticipated up to 20% If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 64,100 - 106,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
