Job Title: Administrative Coordinator (Temporary – 2 Months) Location: Fully Remote; must be local to DMV area Duration: 2-Month Assignment Department: Executive Office Salary: $40/h Position Overview Our client, a leading association based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Coordinator to provide dedicated administrative operational support to its Executive Office. This is a full-time, fully remote, two-month assignment supporting the immediate travel and engagement needs of the President and President-Elect. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and experienced in executive-level administrative support within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate complex travel logistics for the President and President-Elect, including airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries • Manage and maintain scheduling requests, including external meetings, speaking engagements, and event participation • Serve as a liaison for speaker requests and external engagement coordination • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and events • Compile background information, agendas, talking points, and relevant documents to ensure leadership is well-prepared • Track engagement details and ensure timely follow-up on action items • Provide general operational and administrative support to the Executive Office as needed Qualifications • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership • Experience coordinating travel and managing complex calendars • Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing professional briefing materials • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting executives within an association, nonprofit, or membership organization • Experience coordinating high-profile speaking engagements or external stakeholder events
