Qualifications and Experience of Retail Team Member: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous retail experience preferred. • Minimum age requirement of 18 years. • Strong customer engagement and communication skills. • Effective organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to collaborate within a team-focused environment. • Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business demands. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. • Capability to navigate both sales and stockroom areas, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
