Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Team Member: • Respond to customer activity with urgency and prioritize in-the-moment support. • Provide welcoming and attentive service to enhance the customer experience. • Communicate product information, highlight promotions, and offer alternatives for unavailable items. • Address customer concerns using sound judgment and a solution-driven approach. • Apply effective selling practices to support store conversion goals. • Perform accurate and efficient checkout assistance while promoting loyalty offerings. • Maintain stock accuracy, ensuring merchandise is properly organized and represented. • Support visual presentation standards, including signage and display maintenance. • Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe stockroom environment. • Complete housekeeping responsibilities according to company expectations. • Follow loss prevention guidelines to safeguard company assets. • Report facility or maintenance needs promptly to store leadership. • Contribute consistent, focused effort toward achieving operational goals. • Assist with stock processing as business needs evolve. Qualifications and Experience of Retail Team Member: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous retail experience preferred. • Minimum age requirement of 18 years. • Strong customer engagement and communication skills. • Effective organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to collaborate within a team-focused environment. • Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business demands. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. • Capability to navigate both sales and stockroom areas, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
