About the role As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving internal and external communications, managing high-quality program stakeholder and partner relationships, and executing events and campaigns that support our client’s objectives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and customers to deliver focused campaigns, events, and assets. This role is ideal for someone with marketing experience who thrives on organization, collaboration, and delivering programs aligned with our client’s and their partners’ goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and well organized with a passion for project management of marketing campaigns and events. What you'll do Drive campaign management with multiple partners, including leading individual progress calls with partners, tracking and reporting campaign results to stakeholders, and building customized content assets. Manage event logistics with internal stakeholders, including presentation management with customer speakers Employ approved marketing applications to support automation and streamlining for event planning and campaign management Participate in internal stakeholder meetings to understand key priorities and considerations for the marketing management of aligned campaigns and events. Build and manage intake forms and landing pages to support campaigns and event management tasks. Track and measure programs to report results and support ROI. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or events-management role. Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal oversight. Exceptional organizational skills to effectively track and manage the logistics associated with event management. Exceptional organizational skills to effectively track and manage GTM campaigns across multiple agencies, partners, and regions. Experience working in a B2B or tech-related industry environment is preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments. Understanding of internal communication best practices and campaign execution. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in creating engaging written, visual, and multimedia content is a plus.
