Responsibilities: • Prepare reports, correspondence, proposals, meeting materials and presentations; organize, review, edit and distribute communications; receive and screen phone calls, visitors and mail • Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and providing itineraries • Manage meeting planning including: scheduling meetings and preparing agendas; anticipate and coordinate needs for meeting such as logistics, equipment, catering, etc.; on occasion, may need to take and distribute meeting minutes • Maintain accuracy of organizational charts, mailing lists and contact lists • Maintain a variety of files and reports; identify opportunities when automation would assist in the overall operations of the group or department • Coordinate all aspects of travel (flights, transportation, hotels, directions, etc.), including international travel • Handle highly confidential and critical information • Manage office space needs and requirements; support new hire on-boarding by setting up office space, arrange for equipment, supplies, etc. • Process invoicing and prepare purchase orders; compile and submit expense reports, budget and analyses, and review any reconciliation of invoices • This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed. • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams. • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential. Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • 6+ years of relevant work experience • Moderate to advanced acumen with Microsoft Office Suite; outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading; strong attention to details with an emphasis on organization and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • Executive-level support The pay range for this position is $25.53 - $47.42/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
