Job Overview We’re hiring an Entry-Level Business Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operational performance tracking, KPI reporting, and process improvements. You’ll work across departments to help streamline workflows and identify data-backed solutions. Responsibilities Collect and organize operational performance data. Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs. Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement. Support project teams with data insights and documentation. Maintain operational databases and ensure data accuracy. Assist in preparing presentations and performance summaries. Requirements Strong Excel/Sheets skills; BI tools are a plus. Analytical, detail-oriented, and fast learner. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or similar. Compensation Entry-level salary + performance incentives. Career growth into Operations Manager, Analyst, or Strategy roles. Benefits depend on employer.
