NOW HIRING — PART-TIME TODDLER TEACHER & CENTER DIRECTOR Small, family-oriented child care center Center Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary) We are looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher and Director to join our small child care center. Our center offers a supportive environment, low ratios, and a team that truly cares about each child’s growth and development. Must have 5+ years experience. Must be able to commit to a school year contract and positive attitude at all times. Team Player and excellent communication skills. POSITION: Part-Time Toddler Teacher Responsibilities: • Engage toddlers in age-appropriate learning and play • Follow daily routines and classroom schedules • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment • Communicate effectively with parents and staff • Support potty-training, milestones, and daily activities POSITION: Part-Time Director Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations and support staff • Maintain OCFS compliance and center standards • Assist with scheduling, curriculum planning, and parent communication • Ensure safety, quality care, and smooth center operations Requirements (For Both Positions): • Experience working with young children • Professional, friendly, and reliable • Ability to work scheduled hours • Director must meet state director qualifications (BA in childhood education or in school study plan) Benefits: • Supportive, close-knit environment • Flexible scheduling • Paid training To Apply: Please send your resume to info.thecaringtree@gmail.com for more information.
