Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. • Take food orders accurately using Toast POS. • Process payments efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy. • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables. • Manage time effectively during peak hours to maintain service speed without compromising quality.
