You will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and schedule pest control services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. - You will listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate information. - You will schedule and coordinate pest control service appointments. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests. - You will resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department. - You will support the sales team by providing product and service information. - You will contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures. - You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or call center roles. - Strong communication and active listening skills. - Proficiency with customer management software and scheduling tools. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the pest control or home services industry. - Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Basic knowledge of pest control products and services.
