Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at The Bug Man, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in delivering a positive experience. You will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and schedule pest control services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. - You will listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate information. - You will schedule pest control services efficiently to meet customer needs. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests. - You will collaborate with field technicians to coordinate service appointments. - You will resolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately. - You will contribute to improving customer service processes and policies. - You will uphold The Bug Man’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or call center roles. - Strong communication and active listening skills. - Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
