Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at The Bug Man, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Your role is to facilitate communication between customers and our service teams, helping to schedule appointments and provide accurate information. What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. - You will listen carefully to customer concerns and provide clear, helpful responses. - You will schedule pest control services efficiently, coordinating with field technicians. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. - You will resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department. - You will provide product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions. - You will support the team by contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or call center roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with customer management software and basic computer skills. - A friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
