What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) software. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
