Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at The Bug Man, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in delivering a positive experience. You will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and schedule pest control services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. - You will listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate information. - You will schedule and coordinate pest control service appointments. - You will maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our system. - You will resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department. - You will support the sales team by providing product and service information. - You will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or call center roles. - Strong communication and active listening skills. - Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the pest control or home services industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
