Own the lifecycle of landscape projects from proposal to final walkthrough, manage logistics and team, and drive growth through networking.
Experience in landscape construction or related field, proven sales and team leadership skills, valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors.
Master the Sale. Manage the Build. Own the Result. Are you a landscape leader who treats every project like your own business? We are seeking an Enhancement & Construction Manager to own the lifecycle of our landscape projects. From the first handshake to the final walkthrough, you will be the driving force behind our quality, growth, and team success. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Own each project from initial proposal to the final walkthrough. You are the primary lead, treating every installation as a personal investment to ensure seamless execution and total client satisfaction. Sales: Act as a key revenue driver by identifying new site opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and closing the deal. You don't just manage the work—you create the opportunity. Quality Control: Serve as the point person for all project logistics, including full procurement, equipment staging, and final invoicing. Your obsession with the "small details" ensures a lasting, premium impact for every client. Team Management: Lead and mentor a crew of 4–8 members. You will manage the daily operations for our existing book of business while scaling your team to handle the new growth you bring in. Growth: Drive long-term expansion through strategic networking with general contractors, property managers, and current customers. This role is about more than maintenance—it’s about actively building our footprint in the market. Qualifications Experience: 2-year Horticulture degree OR 4+ years of landscape construction experience. Skills: Proven track record in sales, project closing, and team leadership. Communication: Fluent in English; professional correspondence and presentation skills are a must. Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and the ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions. If you are a high-achiever who finds as much satisfaction in closing a deal as you do in seeing a site transformation come to life—and if you’re ready to move beyond just "managing" to truly owning your territory and your team’s success—then we want to talk to you.
