Your duties will include: General Cleaning Duties: Standard tasks like pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming. Team Leadership: Supervising janitorial employees and coordinating special cleaning tasks. Quality Control: Working closely with the Manager to ensure the building is cleaned perfectly according to the scope of work. 🔔 Specific Requirements & Perks Lead the Way: You must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively. Be Responsive: The position requires you to carry a walkie-talkie radio at all times to respond promptly to any customer calls or needs. Preferred Candidate: We are especially seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to best coordinate with our diverse team and customer base.
