We are The Brown Report LLC, an online stock market education company, looking to add an executive assistant/ admin assistant to our team to support our growing and thriving business. A little more about our company. We are a 100% online company teaching about the stock market. We have a thriving Youtube channel and social media presence and most of our work is done remotely. Responsibilities: Big picture • Marketing support (willing to train) • Customer support (willing to train) • Administrative support to the owner and team Little picture • Reply to and draft email correspondences and other formal documents • Plan and schedule appointments, zoom meetings, and manage the team calendar • Welcome new members into the program by sending them a card and small gift • Screen and answer inbound telephone calls • Develop and implement organized filing systems in Google Drive, Monday.com, slack channels. (no previous software experience necessary, but bonus if you have experience). • Marketing support (research topics, assist with scheduling social media) • Support to the CEO/Owner (managing his personal and business schedule, planning events) Qualifications: • Previous experience in administration support or remote work from home related fields • Ability to prioritize importance of task • Ability to focus on one task and see it through to completion • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • ​Strong organizational skills • Positive, I can do anything attitude • Resourceful (i.e. able to Google basic answers) Bonus Qualifications but not required. • Experience using a MAC (preferred but not required) • familiar with social media • Interest in the stock market Work Location & Environment 90% remote 10% in person meeting or live event support Must have your own reliable computer (PC or MAC) Must have reliable internet connection.
